Perception is reality…and sometimes, we work with people who just aren’t team members, plain and simple. It’s unfortunate, but even in the service drive, one bad apple can spoil the fixed ops bunch.

While at NADA, I had the chance to meet and ask “The Crab Wizard”, Captain Keith Colburn of the hit show…the deadliest catch how he handles a team member who might be qualified, but doesn’t get along with anyone.
