Five questions to ask yourself to make your day more productive.

Inc.com says you need to start by asking yourself-

First question- What is my top priority? Look through your list after your morning routine is complete and pick one thing that is not negotiable that day.

Second question you need to ask yourself- What are the roadblocks? Learn how to manage any stressors that may come your way and coordinate around the roadblocks.

Third question- Who is my customer for this? This is important to keep in mind throughout the day as you are communicating on multiple platforms. Always put the customer first.

Number four- How will this create value? Don’t forget that lost productivity and minimal value go hand in hand. For any new project or task, make sure you know how it will create direct and measurable value.

And question number five- Probably the most imperative question- what should I skip? Remind yourself that sometimes, there are some things that are not worth doing that day. Skip things that are time wasters or low on the priority list. Productivity will weed out the fluff.
